Is the website really free?
Yes, with no expiry date. Your website with your photos, services, prices and opening hours costs nothing and never switches off. You only pay if you want clients booking appointments through it.
What if I don’t want online bookings?
Then you pay nothing. Plenty of barbershops prefer a call or a WhatsApp message: your website carries those buttons and works just as well.
Does it work outside Spain?
Yes. You pick your language, your currency, your timezone and your time format in Settings. There are barbershops using it in New Zealand already.
Do customers need to download an app?
No. Your customer opens the link you send them (on Instagram, WhatsApp, anywhere), picks a slot, and books. All from their phone browser, no downloads, no signup.
How long until my page is ready?
Two minutes. You enter your business name, pick colors, add your services, and you get a web address like yourname.qorte.auction ready to share.
Can I add team members?
Yes. Each team member has their own schedule and calendar. Pro lets you add up to 3, Business gives you unlimited.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe. You subscribe once and it renews monthly. No commission per booking, no hidden fees.
Is there a lock-in period?
None. Month-to-month, cancel anytime from your dashboard.
How does the customer get confirmation?
By email. They get confirmation when they book and a reminder before their appointment. You also get a notification in your dashboard and by email every time a new booking comes in.
Can I customize my page?
Yes. You can change colors and upload your logo so the booking page looks like your shop, not ours.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your page stops accepting new bookings. Your data is kept for a reasonable time in case you decide to come back. We don't block you or penalize you.
